How to delete your account
- Log in to the Razz app.
- Open the menu and tap Manage Account.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the action in the dialog that appears, then tap Delete.
What happens next
We'll email you a copy of your account data within 30 days of your request. After that, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted from our systems — except for records we're legally required to keep, such as financial and KYC records retained under Nigerian AML regulations (see our Terms & Privacy).
